Tommi Pajak - Office Manager

With over 14 years of experience in business operations, digital strategy, and workflow optimization, I bring a unique perspective to healthcare administration. Prior to joining Urologic Surgeons of Arizona, I owned and operated a digital marketing firm focused on web development, reputation management, and systems integration—experience that has proven invaluable in managing a fast-paced medical practice.

I joined Dr. Alvi’s team to support both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. As Office Manager, I oversee day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and continuous process improvement. My goal is to ensure our team delivers exceptional care by maintaining efficient systems, clear communication, and patient-centered service.

I’m passionate about problem-solving and innovation, always looking for opportunities to refine workflows and enhance the patient experience. Whether it's behind the scenes optimizing our internal processes or ensuring patients feel supported at every visit, I’m committed to helping our providers focus on what matters most—delivering the highest quality urologic care.
